I am always looking for INSPIRING QUOTES with the purpose of encouraging others as well to do so.

Today the INSPIRING QUOTE comes from Winnie the Pooh as he looks at one staying home due to fear.

“YOU CAN’T STAY IN YOUR CORNER OF THE FOREST WAITING FOR OTHERS TO COME TO YOU. YOU HAVE TO GO TO THEM SOMETIME.”

Winnie the Pooh and the cast of friends/characters one finds within his books always seem to have some sort of inspiration or meaning about life, love, friendship and more – if you only seek to look just a bit below the skin of the words you are reading.

As Pooh ‘notes’ within his ‘Little Instruction Book’, life is about more than cozying up in our favorite corners or staying within our safe spaces to avoid the unknown.

Putting ourselves out there leads to new experiences, important lessons, and valuable friendships we would never form by just staying safe at home.

            There is a dazzling, enriching world just waiting beyond our comfort zones, if one is just brave enough to leave their corner of the forest!

            So many folks can and have become like fearful of the world around them, finding a variety of reasons to stay home in their safe place of life.

            It is only when these folks take their fears, set them to the side or in the closet of their mind, and step out into the world willing to take the risk of going places and seeing people. This is when the travels of one’s life become exciting, full of adventure, full of inspirations, and full of long-term memories.

            In our walk of life, may we all have the opportunity to step out and overcome some type of fear so we can discover a new adventure, a new inspiration, something exciting and most of all a new long-term memory.
